Celebrating
Women in Leadership: Hello Service Nepal, Kalanki Branch
At Hello
Service Nepal, we believe that leadership is not defined by gender, it is
defined by vision, responsibility, dedication, and the courage to make a
difference.
The Kalanki
Branch of Hello Service Nepal is a proud example of this belief in action.
Entirely led and operated by women, the branch reflects the strength of women
in leadership, operations, teamwork, and customer service.
Leading the
branch is Mamata Thapa, Operational Manager, who oversees the overall
operations and works to ensure that the branch functions efficiently and
effectively. Her leadership provides direction to the team while maintaining a
strong focus on coordination and performance.
Supporting
the branch's daily management is Rajani Upadhyaya, Branch Incharge, who
plays an important role in coordinating branch activities and ensuring smooth
day-to-day operations. Alongside her, Asmi Khadka, Supervisor,
contributes to effective team coordination and operational management.
The branch is
further strengthened by its dedicated support team Laxmi Upadhyaya, Smarika
Bal, and Sinisha Poudel—whose continuous efforts contribute to the smooth
functioning of the branch and the delivery of services.
A Team
Built on Strength and Teamwork
What makes
the Kalanki Branch special is not simply that it is operated by women, but the
way these women work together as a team. Each individual has a distinct
responsibility, yet their combined efforts contribute to a common goal:
providing efficient service while strengthening the organization.
From
management and supervision to support and daily operations, every role is
valuable. The team demonstrates that when people are given the right
opportunities, they can take responsibility, build confidence, and create
meaningful results.
Women in
Leadership
Women
continue to play an increasingly important role in Nepal's professional and
business landscape. The success of women-led teams such as the Kalanki Branch
shows the importance of creating workplaces where women can grow, lead, and
contribute to organizational development.
The women of
Hello Service Nepal, Kalanki Branch, are more than employees fulfilling their
respective responsibilities. They are leaders, team members,
problem-solvers, and contributors to the organization's journey forward.
Their work is
a reminder that leadership has no boundaries. With determination, teamwork, and
opportunity, women can lead from every level of an organization.
Celebrating
the Women Behind the Service
Today, Hello
Service Nepal proudly celebrates the women of its Kalanki Branch Mamata
Thapa, Rajani Upadhyaya, Asmi Khadka, Laxmi Upadhyaya, Smarika Bal, and Sinisha
Poudel.
